Clearwell Caves
Underneath the mysterious Forest of Dean lies a colourful world, spectacular and unseen, a vast natural cave system that has been mined for thousands of years.
Puzzle Wood
Experience Puzzlewood’s twisted trees and moss covered rocks, creating an otherworldly woodland that is quite unlike any other. The mile and a half of paths take you up and down steps, through mossy gorges and over wooden bridges to scenic lookouts.
The Forest of Dean Sculpture Trail
The sculptures on this trail are inspired by the forest - its trees, wildlife and industrial past. The sculptures are mostly constructed from natural material from the Dean - wood, stone and iron. They are interspersed along the trail through majestic oaks and towering Scots pine trees.
